What is a podcast anyway?
Podcast is just a generic term for audio or video content made available on the web. The "pod" part of the word alludes to the fact that you can download the content to play it on your iPod, iPhone, or other portable device. However, podcasts can just as easily be played right on your computer. Many people use Apple's free iTunes software to find, listen to, and organize their podcasts.

Why can't I play your podcasts?
The podcasts on this site are "enhanced podcasts," meaning that they have both audio and video. In order to see and hear them, you need to be using a recent version of Quicktime. If you're having trouble viewing the podcasts, consider updating Quicktime. It’s a free download from Apple for either Windows or Mac OS.

Where can I download Quicktime?
Glad you asked. It’s a free download from Apple for either Windows or Mac OS.

Can I subscribe to your podcasts?
You betcha. You can create an iTunes subscription by clicking here. That way, when new podcasts are added they will be automatically downloaded into iTunes. What fun! If you don't use iTunes, copy the following link into your podcasting tool of choice:

How do I find your podcasts in iTunes?
From within iTunes, go to the iTunes Store then search for "flockton podcast." Then click on the link to my podcasts.

Do you offer a simple MP3 version of your podcasts?
Why, yes, I do. Each podcast page includes a link to the audio only (MP3) version of the podcasts. You can subscribe to the MP3 version through iTunes by clicking here. If you don't use iTunes, copy the following link into your podcasting tool of choice:

What are the Digg and StumbleUpon links on your podcast pages?
Digg and StumbleUpon are social bookmarking websites. If you have an account on these sites (or want to get one - hint, hint), you can click the links and tell the world how much you enjoy the podcasts. The more votes a podcast gets, the more people will hear about it and visit the site. So click away!

I'd like to start making my own podcasts. Can you help me?
Sure. Send me an e-mail and I'd be happy to send you some info to get you started.

Would you write a podcast about me?
I might. Are you rich?
